The work environment is really great, which helps in making work efficient. The people who work in Zynga are great , helpful and understanding. Any issues that one could face can easily be brought up to your manager and clarified. Which is to say that communication is great and helps in maintaining a good work life balance. I started out as an intern in Zynga straight out of college and i was put on a really wonderful team with amazing people. They were willing to take time and help me understand how things work and helped me grow. Which allowed me to land a full-time job in Zynga. All in all i have had a wonderful learning experience till now and it hasn't stopped and hope it continues.
