      1. Excellent work-family life balance 2. Talented bunch of people to work with 3. Excellent employee benefits and pay 4. Free breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and well stocked pantry on every floor 5. Opportunity to work on some of the most successful games in the industry

      Nothing really specific to Zynga. Standard issues that one could face anywhere else. Zynga Bangalore is indeed a great to place to be working at.

      Great people, lots of learning opportunities, there's lots of communication between engineers and upper management, so everything feels very horizontal. They listen to everyone's ideas and suggestions as well

      Cons

      It can be easy to lose track of the "bigger picture" at times if you are working on a game team, because the weekly sprints are so fast-paced and you don't have time to think about anything apart from the most high-priority issues
