Zynga is very employee friendly company, Gives employees technically challenging environment to work with. Zynga Implements latest technologies and is always wiling to upgrade the outdated technologies.

Cons

Some of the teams in Zynga is working only in US Hours and they are situated in Zynga US office. So its very hard to do the escalations and employees in Zynga wont get an opportunity to work with those teams.

Extensive learning for a Product Manager such as Data Analysis, understanding Subscription programs, creating business cases, A/B testing, inter-functoinal interactions, etc

Cons

Opportunity to work only for games towards the end of life-cycle. Zynga should try to develop / or get from HQ even more number of games towards early stage in the life-cycle, so that PMs can learn more about growing the business rather just holding the fort.
