      Pros

      Excellent perks + benefits. Incredible talent. Fairly horizontal org. Dogs allowed all days. Lots of free swag. All the snacks + drinks you ever need or want. Gourmet meals every day.

      Cons

      Long hours, hectic at times. Not a very strong upper management team. A bit unclear on direction at times. Career Advancement is very possible but sometimes not very clear how

      Pros

      Moves fast. Very fast. Owns the facebook market. Can quickly grow DAU's of any of it's products thanks to it's massive network strength (ie. cross promo)

      Cons

      Moves fast. Very fast. Very reactive. Constant 'code reds' and priority shifting.

      Pros

      Great benefits ad health insurance. If you can meaningfully move numbers that affect the business, you will be recognized and rewarded. You're allowed and encouraged to set your own agenda and do things your own way.

      Cons

      If you're not able to set your own agenda and find things to do that are awesome without direction, you won't do well. It still has the feel of a startup. Expect to work long hours. One of the big selling points of working here is the quarterly bonuses and stock grants. Considering the poor performance of the IPO, neither of those are turning out to be as significant as was promised. If you CAN'T find ways to quantify and measure your work, it's likely to get overlooked even if you ARE doing good work.
