Due to the T2 takeover, the management is seeing some real flaws. The compensations are getting saturated towards the inflation in the city. There are lot of politics compared to other companies

Pros

Overall the company has a great culture and strong focus on work life balance. They do focus on internal promotions and the VIP team is growing. In addition the VIP team is well connected and the people in the department are good hearted individuals.

Cons

The company is great however the position depends on the game your put on. Some games are easy to manage and others are hard so it’s the luck of the draw. It is a repetitive job and is more focused on support than sales. Lastly the Pay growth is limited.
