Very smart folks

Pros

I really enjoyed working with my coworkers here. I had a great team dynamic, learned a lot, got to take the lead on some projects, and generally enjoyed a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

Company direction is pretty hazy. Multi-year plan is vague at best, and trying to get clarity from management is kind of hopeless.

Sometimes ineffective leadership. Poor execution/implementation of modern development processes across teams. Autocratic, strict hierarchical development org.
