10yWe appreciate your feedback! Over the last year, our company has more than doubled in size through the addition of new teams, new roles as well as promotions for well-deserved employees. We created a DevOps group who have recommended specific technology changes including increased automation, which we have begun implementing. We've also made adjustments to our technical and business processes to support this growth and established more formal policies that have helped in ensuring team members are completing priorities in a timely manner and not having to work overtime as much. Naturally, we take security very seriously and are continuously improving in this regard, though we do feel comfortable with our data handling practices, which are secured and successfully audited every year.
