Pros

This company values their employees more than any other company I've ever worked for. The HR department is fantastic, and management always places the needs of the employee at the top of their priority list. Generous PTO schedule, fair compensation. Most positions are fully remote. The leadership team is fantastic, and cares deeply about the product and the staff equally.

Cons

Communication between products can be frustrating, especially for features requiring multiple products.
