Pros

Exposure to end to end, not a cog in the machine, your ideas matter regardless of your level, you get ownership over your work, travel, international exposure, better benefits than any US based company i've ever seen, amazing passionate people, less conservative politics - ideas matter first, cool fun product, active lifestyle, work life balance, growth opportunities, fun environment, laid back office attire, huge windows and lots of space when you work (versus being crammed in a line or distracting open floor plans, they care about growing you, and they have best culture and values - I often wish i never left.

Cons

less pay that competition, pressure to perform higher than the competitions, less resources and impact if not at HQ, singular mindset / tunnel vision for career movement

Pros

Employee discount is okay. Not many perks outside of that. Cafeteria food is subsidized, but nothing to write home about. You'll be distracted by the "culture" surrounded sports and lifestyle. So however long you can tolerate that. The excitement is fabricated and solely used to market the brand and push product as a fun and inclusive working environment.

Cons

You're a cog. Leadership and upper management are very toxic. False promises of growth and development. It is your typical corporate environment of who you know and how you use that to get where you want. Only the loudest in the room get somewhere. Not loud in a good way like they know what they're talking about. You're encouraged to speak up, but only when it works for those above you. Thinking critically, rationally and with sound reasoning is not valued. Your time is not yours.

Pros

If you are looking for a west coast job that will put you on the map and give you clout that can keep up with east coast counterparts. The work culture is chill and no one works hard or is overly talented. It is the most approachable place to work considering the scale and name. It is very relaxed and has short work days if you work in ecommerce. Also doesn't take much to get the job. Also you dont have to dress up or be fashionable. Most people are basic and out of shape so you can be a slob and still get paid.

Cons

The pay compared to Nike and other major brands on the east coast is 15% less on average. It is known for having layoffs and many cooperate up and downs. Also it is not super diverse but pretends to be much like portland. It is very performative and fake in their diversity initiatives for the lgbtq ai+ and poc. They also have a lack of qualified people in high up roles. most people are all over the place and do not have the pedigree to be directors, senior leads, and VPs. It is a full of mediocre people who don't know fashion. Also for a sports wear and fashion company people dress horrible. The people are so brain washed and really believe they have solved the secrets to the world. It is all around mid but great for people looking to not work hard and make money easy.
