I've been with alliantgroup and the Technology Dept. for a very long time, and my experience overall has been very positive. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here and the growth I’ve experienced along the way.
That said, this company isn’t for everyone—and that’s not a bad thing. alliantgroup is a performance-driven environment. Expectations are high, and the bar doesn’t move. If someone is looking for a place to coast or just “do the minimum,” they’re going to struggle here. But if you’re someone who enjoys being challenged, wants to build new skills, and is ambitious about your career, this place gives you more opportunities than most companies ever will.
One of the things I’ve valued most is being part of different business ventures, getting to work with new next-gen technologies, working with truly amazing people, supporting our clients, contributing to the company’s continued global growth, and having the opportunity to work directly with the CEO.
