you get $11.50 to spend at the company's cafe every day, where they serve breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Alliant will consume your whole day if you let it. Work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You are discouraged from leaving early. On top of that you are required to be in the office 5 days a week! There is a weird feedback and transparency culture here, where basically people can call you out openly and be praised, and they will randomly fire people, then send out Teams messages as to why people were suddenly asked to leave. They will also frequently ask you to do things outside of your job description for little to no extra compensation for your time.

alliantgroup is a good place to start a career & learn how to develop the skills to become a better professional.

Cons

Loyalty is valued, but not necessarily rewarded. A lot of veteran associates that are consistently contributing and steadily bringing value to the company are not compensated or recognized unless they are in the absolute top top percentage of performance.
