Pros

Caution - there are no pros in this post. I left on my own terms. The manager told the team after my departure, after 5+ years of dedication that, "I chose to walk away." No. I chose to RUN AWAY. This place is Wolf of Wallstreet without the money. Ask yourself how they went from a 2.7 rating to a 3.2 in one month. They demanded that their direct reports post two positive reviews. One here and one on the benefits page because they had such a hard time recruiting. Before you think, that is a great strategy, imagine being in a powerless position to select the check box that your statement is true, accurate, and not coerced, and then your manager follows up with you on a message in Teams to share your post with them to confirm you have posted as they verbally asked you to. You are scared that your job depends on an untruthful statement, so you cultivate your post and wrestle with pressing send because you have now had to decide between being honest or employed. Imagine being an employee who feels so wrongfully attacked that they quit and send an email to everyone about how bad this place is, only for their email and everyone it was sent to to be deleted, like Thanos' unalived humans, in the blink of an eye. Alliantgroup carefully cultivates its presence because they have a hard time keeping people. Attorneys constantly struggle with their ethical decisions and being asked to be "creative" in tax credits/deductions. For those desperate for a job, find something else. Their turnover rate is documented at over 60%.

Cons

First, they fire or push out more minorities than whites. No loyalty to clients or staff. Employees do not feel that they can meet goals and make the place better, they just show up, do the minimum, talk sideways and stay off the radar by providing just enough value not to be the next one fired.

Pros

Great collaboration amongst staff and colleagues

Cons

Leadership consistently promotes the wrong people for the wrong reasons leading to people to look elsewhere. Could be an amazing place.
