You learn fast here. Lots of people, real client work early, and people who’ll show you the ropes if you ask. Clear expectations and frequent feedback. If you perform, you can move up quickly. Pay and benefits are solid for the space. Perks like lunches and on-site stuff are nice when you’re slammed. Smart, driven coworkers. You’ll build a good network. You won’t be bored.

Cons

Pace is quick and priorities can shift, so it helps to enjoy a fast-moving environment. Hours can stretch during busy cycles, but teams are getting better at planning and sharing the load. Expectations are clear and metrics-driven; great for structure, just not everyone’s style.
