Pros

Co-workers are great. Love the flexibility with work schedule. If you work hard enough, telecommuting may become an option.

Cons

Extremely stressful job, it is not for everyone, lots of turnover of people realizing early on this is not for them and quitting, and others being fired. Limited job prospects unless you have a strong IT background or don't mind overnight travel in an Auditor's role.

Pros

Great salary, commission, and company culture when I started. Competitive benefits and challenging work.

Cons

The commission kept being lowered, especially when I set much more appointments. And of course we all are guilty of gossip, but it can really hurt an individual and team when they are gossiped about by leaders in the company to each other and fellow employees. It just seems like for a company that prides themselves at being the "best", that would include to their workforce.
