Pros

Some decent people on the bottom level of the company doing all of the work.

Cons

Appalling rates of favoritism, unrealistic expectations for some positions, under-appreciation of employees. One of the worst places to work for in Triad. Avoid at all costs if you would like not to poison your life and well-being. All they care is about money and unattainable goals. Wile few do all the work, rest ride on top of them. Promotions do not depend on your performance. The management except for few individuals is incompetent. The company services a list of other firms that engage in unethical practices, this list ranges from Monsanto to Pfizer to Halliburton. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Apexanalytix used to be an amazing company to work and growth where performance trumped optics. Hiring out of touch executive leadership with a lack of diversity that represents the modern day workforce has created an environment of subpar talent as that’s all they can attract. Retention of associates who demonstrate thought leadership or those that push back on their antiquated financial and AP practices are shunned.

Cons

Salary not market value. Lack of diversity in leadership roles. Women are far less represented than industry average. Fear based leadership. Return to office / hybrid fail.
