Great management, poor German LvL1 trainer

Apex has a culture that makes you feel a part of a family unit. For those with strong work ethics or are looking for a place to apply problem solving skills, and to make contributions that matter then this is the place for you. Truthfully there are good and bad parts of any company, however it’s up to each individual to do their part to create positive change — you shouldn’t complain if you haven’t made efforts to provide solutions or hold candid conversations with leadership. Apex can be whatever you believe it can become. I’ve personally experienced the positive impact and long-term greater power of relationship building. I’m happy and excited about what I do and the people I do it for (period).
