Cool software and offerings. Learn new things.

Cons

Instead of coaching by managers. People are threatened with a PIP if they don’t do something correctly and this is done via Teams group chat. Terrible benefits in cost and coverage.

Cons

Do not work for R&D department. Most of the developers are not happy, they are still there because of their visa status. Developers don't have choice to improve their technical abilities.
