Don’t expect human respect, poor development management, check how many people left from april to october

Business people are supportive and knowledgable.
Cons
1) Sometimes I doubt how these guys become VP’s. No respect for humans. 2) I don’t know what kind of culture this is, yelling at people. I don’t think they would ever correct, as these were raised by so many employees and ofcourse don’t expect HR’s to do anything as you know to whom the HR’s support. 3) If you are applying for software developer role, better think before you apply. 4) Hard thing is you will be asked to write positive review during the employment. 5) Rules keep changing, deep micro management, VP will be right behind your —- everytime. 6) Not a stable company to work for if you are looking for a long term career. 7) The most, there won’t be work life balance and literally there will be mental torture from these so called VP’s. ( Especially from the development side). I wish these reviews are looked up by so called VP’s and correct themselves for their own good. Give respect to humans and it wont take so long for them to revert back, just because they are reporting to you they are not your maids. Its the human value that matters and not the designation. If you really want to know about working here, reach out to people in LinkedIn and some of the positive reviews here were influenced by the management.
