      From the time I started until the time I left this proved to be the worst company I have worked for. Almost all positive reviews are solicited. The mid level management changes on a yearly basis. Development teams come and go regularly.

      Developer Hell or How Not To Manage A Technical Team

      Pros

      This review pertains to the software development positions in R&D. Some great people work there, if they haven't quit or been driven off yet. You'll also learn a tremendous amount on how not to build maintainable, scalable systems. Oh, you'll learn first hand what a Napoleon Complex is.

      Cons

      This could go on and on but here's a quick summary. Micro-management, lip-service and outright derision over employee concerns. The development staff is in constant turn-over. Don't dare to question the architecture or you will be ridden until you break and quit. They are too cowardly to actually fire you, instead they will make your life miserable, ask you to work extra hours and weekends then insult you in front of the rest of the team during meetings. Code will be checked in over the weekend by senior management (yes, senior management) with no warning. Dev team will spend the next two weeks fixing the issues from that checkin and then be blamed for missing deadlines. Oh, did I mention the screaming? Literal screaming....
