Pros

Company has a good product. Quality client base as well. Fortune 100. Plenty of travel if you like that. Ability to work out of your home.

Cons

Third venture capital firm has bought into the company in the past 10 years. Not good. Promotion based primarily on favoritism. Doesn't come close to industry standards in pay for its auditors. Bonuses are few and far between. Revenue goals are unrealistic. Primarily a call center to collect on monies owed clients. Excessive turnover in employees.

They gave great luncheons and great parties.

Cons

Management was oblivious to everything. The Supervisors were very rude, employees were afraid to speak their mind for fear of repercussions.
