If you work hard, are innovative, and think strategically you will be rewarded for your output. Promotions are based on merit, not on relationships. Very Easy and Laid Back Place

Pros

I've been working for couple of months now and already love this place. This is a very laid back place. You can have a long lunch break and also you can take other breaks as well. The work is not that difficult and also you don't have to worry about anything if you happen to make mistakes. Most people lack knowledge related to data technologies so you will be appreciated for your data tech knowledge. You really don't have to do much work. Manager is nice as well.

Cons

Not much cons that I could think of yet. Benefits could be better and probably we need more diversity in IT.
