      Pros

      Constantly growing and evolving. Open to ideas from all levels. Promotions are very likely, in a timely manner, if one puts forth the effort. Various roles throughout the company to grow into. People are great peers and mentors across all areas. (One of the biggest strengths)

      Cons

      Some bonus plans are not achievable or motivational. (If you are strictly motivated by bonuses, this may not be the company for you. Instead, personal pride is required for having a fulfilling career.)
