      Incredible drug that sells itself Good money Nice reps and direct managers in sales force

      Cons

      Hostile work environment - upper management does not care about sales force. When people try to speak up, they are silenced, even fired. Even HR managers Sales force run like big pharma. Many sales lost due to this.

      Good people, great science, commitment to patients

      Cons

      Culture is not important anymore in US. Poor leadership. All about sales and not the people. The company has dissolved in terms of its values. Most people in US are unhappy.

      There are none- run away far away.

      Cons

      Unless you are from Alexion or have a good ole' boys connection, you will never be considered for advancement. Employees are rude, disrespectful and self righteous.
