- Belgium centered Senior leadership, not very inclusive to the rest of the world especially when making decisions that may affect the global workforce, especially the US - Benefits are not competitive compared to similar size companies - Favoritism, power play, lack of transparency from managers - many senior leaders do not exemplify argenx values -Very, unusually, fast paced - Difficult to maintain healthy life-work balance

I echo the sentiments shared in other reviews. Perfectionism, micromanagement, and false culture make certain departments and managers very difficult to work for.
