There are no positive things which I would like to share. It's 3rd class unprofessional firm. This organisation doesn't even deserve 1 star

Cons

The management is disaster. They will hire you without any hike on last drawn package. They will let you work till the commission gets started i.e till probation period. Once the commission gets started, the ops manager will call and tell that you have been terminated due to performance issue. Even though if you are a top performer and if you don't have any behaviour issue, still the management will terminate you any time without any notice. And also It's a sales process where you not getting commission for selling hotel rooms, resorts, car rental and flights. The commissions are based on 3rd class criterias. It's really pathetic to work in this organisation.
