Used to be a great place than everyone started leaving and than the layoffs

Cons

Ever since February 2024 it has been a nightmare (this is when the mass offs happened). Micromanaged central your manager needs to know every detail about you and doesn’t trust anything you do and starts belittling you as well. Everyone is currently looking for new jobs as this place is a dumpster fire and it’s sad as I once enjoyed it here but the culture has changed drastically and not to mention they cut your pay for no reason. Everyone is underpaid in their positions and they want you to overwork it’s a crime to leave before 5:30. Hard to move to any other positions as well

Absolutely no pros - very misleading practices, deceptive leaders, and poor pay structures.

Cons

Incredibly poor leadership skills - CMO and his pawns. The atmosphere is dry and depressing. The company will hire without proper planning to layoff anyone at any time. Complete waste of time -- do not bother with this company if you have actual experience and want to work in a stable company that can value your skills.
