      Pros

      Not many to report. There are some good people who work here though, but turn over rate is out of control.

      Cons

      Everything about this place had been a complete disappointment. They will recruit you with dreams of making great commissions, LIES! Claim you will receive travel benefits, NONE! Better deals on expedia, priceline, etc.. You will be lucky to take home just over minimum wage, after they deduct from your hard earned sales, based on this companies ridiculous commission structure. You will be asked to do work, unrelated to sales constantly. No support from supervisors, who manage by constant lies and misrepresentations. Everything is ran very shady here. You will deal with extremely unhappy timeshare owners calling in to vent, and if you don't in turn sell them, it will decrease from your commission. BEWARE!!! I advise RUN away fast, don't let them fool you.

Our commission plans for our sales team members are uncapped, which allows for incredible earning potential.       ICE has some of the best benefits I have every been offered in a company. We are a company that hires from within before we out-source. Looking for growth and development? We've got it! I may be a bit bias- but we also offer a world class sales training program. If you are looking for a fast paced sales environment that you feel supported and have FUN every single day-This is the job for you!

      Cons

      Sometimes I don't want to leave the building. We offer so many amenities that you can shower here, workout, eat, do your dry cleaning, holiday shop with our vendors and hangout with your friends all without leaving.

      Co-Workers..and hours if you're lucky to get a good shift.

      Cons

      When the dust settles .. awful pay and bad program for the members. Customers purchase programs with the promise of best pricing..they usually find better deals online, even with using the certificates they are given. Most of the time, nothing but Hot Air and False Promises.
