Pros

Team-Oriented Environment: Collaborative atmosphere with a focus on teamwork. Career Growth: Plenty of opportunities for training and advancement. Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours and remote work options. Employee Recognition: Regular rewards and performance bonuses. Passionate Team: Diverse, motivated team dedicated to delivering great travel experiences.

Cons

Though training is available, more structured programs could benefit new team members. Eventually i had a very good manager so it wasnt an issue.

Pros

Potentially a very good work from home job.

Cons

The Agents in the office cherry pick the leads. People at home don’t count. They say the that no one has their own customers. All leads are equal. That’s a lie. If you take a lead that someone in the office claims, they’ll take it from you.
