High energy, fast paced, great spiffs and incentives, Leadership team of supervisors and managers are above and beyond fantastic!

Cons

The command center for employee attendance has more power and say than many would think. The benefits (emergency leave of absence, bereavement leave, FLMA) are great IF you can actually get it approved for them. Also, it can be VERY STRESSFUL!!!

Pros

The biggest pro for this position is that you are able to work at home. Offered varied schedule (shift bid) which would include split days off. Helpful if that may be necessary for a school schedule. Ability to earn PTO quickly.

Cons

Very low paying commission structure in the department that I was in, non competitive in the industry. Outbound sales agents at the company made the most money. You are able to earn PTO quickly, but the ability to use it is difficult. A request for PTO is often rejected and you can lose unused PTO hours at the end of the year.
