Pros

With 32.5 hours + you get great medical and dental benefits! The hourly rate was above average and way above average with commission paid. If you are goal oriented you can go far. Positive reinforcement for showing up and accomplishing goals. There is an attendance reward program. If you show up on time you will receive food/retail gift cards. Referral bonuses! After working at ICE for several months I suggested my friend apply as well. They wrote my name down as a referral and I received a bonus after they got hired. Charity oriented. Fund raisers and promos to help local and distant charities.

Cons

Not for the tardy or lazy. If you do not show up or are late you will get demarets. There is high accountability at ICE.

Pros

Every once in a while, they might decide to pay you the full amount on your check that you have accrued in commissions.

Cons

They are not only dishonest to their customers, but to their employees as well. Not good at honoring PTO. Software systems always braking down and never being fixed. Not a good place to work if you are Pregnant, They will find a reason to fire you.
