The potential for big earning on the outbound sales side is huge. Sales is a position that isn’t for everyone in fact it isn’t for most. But I love my job and the people I work with. I can say that every day I put 100% into ICE, ICE gives me 100% back. If you get stressed out from quotas your probably already second guessing yourself and you are not going to be a good fit. Ive worked at ice now over 2 years and every day im thankful this job provides me with a 6 figure income with only a required 32.5 hour work week in addition i work for the greatest management team EVER. ICE provides me with at least 18 paid days off a year and i use them to vacation with the travel money ICE spiffs me!!!! Yes thats correct i go on 3 weeks a year vacation at VERY least and they are paid for buy the company!! Now i understand reading this you must think that im upper management or hold any kind of entitlement here....WRONG i work as a sales rep for DYNASTY!!
