      Pros

      I have met great friends, love my co-workers and enjoy my job. The benefits of working at a travel company such as an IATA card is a great perk. I love that we help different charities and try to make it a fun atmosphere that is challenging and rewarding. There are spiffs, bonuses, and lots of money to be made. I see a lot of reviews about how much they think upper management gets paid but what people don't realize is how much work upper management does to make this company grow and that they aren't twiddling their thumbs just raking in the cash. Our upper manangement works just as hard as the sales floor.

      Cons

      The cafe food is hit or miss. The clinic is nice to have but sometimes I have to wonder if its like going to a school nurse with their diagnosis being just a little off. A lot of the administration is actually underpaid compared to the sales floor and upper management. I never win any of the raffles ( I know that is just me whining)
