Stay Away!

Pros

Worst company in the history of mankind. There awards are all fake. This is a pyramid scam on a very large scale. Stay away, far far away. There facilities are very nice but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen at any call center. RCI and USAA should be ashamed they work with this company. They are a middle man for the cruise lines and timeshare companies.

Cons

Save yourself the headache and book your cruises direct or use a travel agent. There packages are the longest ongoing telemarketing scam since there inception in 1998. Don't believe me, read the reviews of rcicruiser.com- there top selling travel product.

Pros

Love my co-workers, real sense of family.

Cons

In 5 years, this place has consistently cut my pay and cut my pay and cut my pay! I'm working hard or harder and making less and less. At my peak, I made about $150,000 per year. With the most recent cuts to pay (to feed the greed of owners John and Marcia Rowley) I'll be lucky to make $40,000 this year. BENEFITS are barely there, and if you want to cover spouse and family, be prepared to shell out nearly $1,000 a month. On site cafeteria is a good idea, but the food isn't very good and it's your only choice. You literally cannot have food delivered. If you want to eat something else you have to leave the premises.

Pros

nice office, some great perks like movie tickets, pet insurance, and others.

Cons

you will become a vegetable at the end of the day. You are on the phone all day long and the leads are almost like cold calling. People do not even know they have an account. They use the same leads over and over again, many people tell you not to call again but the dialer keeps calling them.
