Lovely facility, fun people to work with and environment.

Cons

The treatment of the co-brand companies they contract with. Foster bad practice by encouraging members they sell their packages , to leave their current membership with .. ie RCI and sign up with them directly. Directs employees to persuade the clients into leaving their timeshares that they invested in. Very unorganized when it comes to training the current staff. Does not value family or support the needs of employees. Management and Human Resources are lacking in communication and ethics.

Fun, chill, working environment. That's really about it though. It's an easy place to get a job if your looking for something entry-level, don't have much experience, aren't very smart, or don't require much compensation.

Cons

Ever see Office Space? Their corporate structure is redonkulous. The pay isn't as competitive as it should be. They are not employee-centric whatsoever.

Friendly colleagues , young company easy to get along with everyone

Cons

A LOT of churning and burning minimum or 8-9 people fired every month kills the morale in thw ork place. Random Cuts in the office without any warnings
