Pros

33.5 hr work weeks, good money if you are excellent at sales, cafeteria on site, VERY casual dress-wouldn't let my wife out of the house wearing 1/2 the stuff I saw on the sales floor!

Cons

Serious revolving door, getting a good shift depends on who knows likes you, no assistance after initial training-remember that everyone doesn't shine all the time, team supervisors are NOT experienced managers, highly selective in who is meeting goals and who is not and in getting sales perks/shifts etc. Can't depend on commission or bonus structure or even your shift changing without advance (more than 8 hours) notice, on-floor supervisors too busy and too uneducated to do their jobs.

Pros

Laid back and fun place to work. (Money machine, great spiffs, fun cash prizes) Amenities onsite ( restaurant , doctors office with free co-pay, massage envy, weight room , personal trainer ,discount to all events , dry cleaning , discount on travel Hours are amazing (6 hour work days and only 1 Saturday a month Great pay if you work hard Chances to travel around world or relocate within job Many Chances for promotions

Cons

Promotions are based sometimes on who knows who or who is friends with who There should be a little more training or just refreshers ( Should not have to make up time or work extra if their is a training)
