Pros

Cafe was decent....unfortunately this is the only highlight.

Cons

Bait & Switch position, this is basically a cold call sales job in a very unpolished and unprofessional company. Employees are pinned against one another, and you basically make 10.50USD pr/hour....

Payroll deduction for everything

Cons

They don't take care of their employees, and they sell the same product for every brand, and the customers never get what they want. This place is a scam. The good reviews are written by upper management, don't fall for this scam. You will leave your job now, looking for a new one in a couple months, provided you make it out of training. Their training is horrible, and you should see the trainers, wanna be managers micro managing. Recruiting will tell you that you will make 50k your first year, lol what a joke

Our sales teams are expected to reach high goals, and are compensated extremely fairly when they reach or exceed their goals. Our recruiters strive to represent the average income of our sales team as accurately as possible based on true data.

Pros

Good benefits if you last long enough to get them. Good potential pay, if you are willing to knowingly mislead buyers.

Cons

You are being asked to misrepresent the program you are selling. As soon as you figure that out and show your frustration or concern, you will be bullied into quitting and forfeit all your earned bonuses and commissions.
