It will teach what not to do or what kind of company you do not want to work for

Cons

Scamming the customers on products that don't exist. Shocked there has not been a discrimination lawsuit filed against them. Many females are treated poorly. Stay far away from these idiots soon to be lots of trouble. The executives for Vidanta, Westgate, Government Vacation Rewards and Unlimited Vacation Rewards will soon find out. This place is run by children!

Very difficult environment to work in as a software development manager.

Pros

There are none here at ICE.

Cons

There is constant fighting with the developers due to poor planning of projects from the CIO. No one has a kind word to say to one another due to fear. Developers talk poorly against one another. Everyone is concerned they will loose their job as they fire people on a whim. No one can work successfully when they feel the pressure of possible termination. They took away remote time to some employees while others still live in another state capable of getting their job done in peace. Developers and managers need quite time to focus and the noise level in this office is crazy and less productivity occurs.

It was scamming people to waste more money on top of their time share most of them were already pissed about
