Pros

None. You are bullied picked on degraded and generally treated like an inferior by everyone in the place. Management encouraged other managers to threaten you. If you didn't know someone there before you started to work there you are destined to be fired

Cons

Management Staff all went to highschool or college have known each other for years. It's their own little tea party and you are not invited

Pros

Work environment, on the surface, is positive. They try to make it positive because they have to to make up for the money you're NOT making

Cons

Inbound call volume no where near high enough to make assigned goals, let alone make a living. I was told by many if I get the customer to hang up on me then I was doing my job and I was talking to active duty military and vets! Management's answer was the call volume isn't normally like this. That's nice but I also can't live on the hourly rate while I wait for the calls to pick up.
