      The ol’ bait and switch.

      Pros

      Lot’s of amenities in the building. Generally kind people in the management and sales team. Well kept facility in a quaint area.

      Cons

      A lot of lack in direction and knowledge from supervisors, even though I believe it’s not their fault. The job description does not match the job. The pay promise does not match the pay. Promise of an inbound call job and handed an outbound list three weeks in. They offer smoke and mirrors tactics to get you in the door and I guess they keep their fingers crossed that you will stay. Awful employee retention rate, which generally indicates an internal flaw. Archaic DOS programs that desperately need to be updated. Commission program flawed and crafted to pay more people less, and very few more. Customer service calls negatively impact your stats, and you get a bunch of them. Appears to be a massive divide between upper level management and the floor, which does not promote growth and employee engagement. Operates on a rustic sales process geared to treat clients like cattle who can be manipulated and pushed into a sale. Constantly use long term employees who have an enormous sales pipeline as a representation of their commission payout. Juvenile mentality on the floor- at best.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home. I have nothing more to add to fill the 20 word minimum other than that.

      Cons

      Take the time to read the reviews. You will find all the reasons you should avoid working here. Ultimately, it is detrimental to you mental health to say the least. If you want to be belittled and abused into performing go sell cars. At least in that occupation you can ACTUALLY make money. Skilled sales people take your talent elsewhere.

      Pros

      Private bathroom for drug test, just pour your Quick Fix in the cup and the apathetic clinic staff will give you a pass right then and there! Oh, and they offer great incentives for leaving 5-star reviews on this website!

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start. This company is a mess. If you are considering working here and basing your decision partly on these reviews, pay attention to the below average reviews and notice how honest they sound in comparison to the fake five star reviews. If you were writing a positive review, do you think you would say the word amazing over and over again and end every sentence with an exclamation point? Would you refer to the training as world-class or say something more natural sounding like "good training program"? Click the little link that shows "rating trends" and take a look at that big, unnatural jump they took in June 2016. All of a sudden they were getting five star reviews like crazy. Why? Because they are fake reviews. There is a reason they have 20 people starting every Monday, and that reason is massive turnover. Do you have a pulse? Great, you're hired. Like lying to people? Great, you'll be a huge success here. Like scamming vets out of there retirement income by tricking them into buying into this rip-off? Great, you'll sleep well at night.
