      Great discount most of the time

      Cons

      Incompetent corporate staff who continuously fall short of successfully running a business. Inconsistent with communication and direction. Seems as if they know nothing about actually being in a store environment. Do not set the stores up for success. Continuously giving product away for free or with heavy discounts, providing more incentives to online or wholesale, and then being surprised that unrealistic sales goals are not being met. With several rounds of lay offs, no ones jobs are secure.

      Corporate figures are constantly changing Massive overhaul on companies image is currently taking place which is neglecting a diverse community of people No job security since they're closing under performing stores Management is racist and profiles customers based on who they think will buy Be prepared to get burnt out quickly No work/life balance No benefits for part time workers No full time positions unless you're in upper management
