Easy to learn techniques and product knowledge, free product, regular clientele, decent hourly pay.
Cons
Scheduling, upper management is the absolute worst and is so out of touch with their people in boutiques and stores, it’s entirely money driven with inability to cater to different clientele, the entire system of recording how the business is doing is completely unorganized and unnecessary.
