      It was a great company, but things have changed.

      Pros

      Love the job, love interacting with the customers, always had amazing clientele.

      Cons

      Dynamic of store changed with a upper management switch, company doesn’t and will not listen to boutiques. Constantly changing core expectations (about every month or so). District manager has no respect for loyal good workers. Has no willingness to train towards expectations just expects everyone to be aware of them. There is a complete lack of communication of said expectations. There is no form of growth for good employees

      It seems fun at first.

      Cons

      Limited corporate structure and they treat their employees as expendables. Hired employees are given little to no training and are set with (wildly) unrealistic goals and expectations. They lie about ingredients in products, they have not and are not "chemical free."
