You can gain a lot of priceless experience with makeup and sales as well as easily work your way up within the company as long as you play your cards right Busy shifts can be over like a shot and if you get a good team its a great way to make friends The training/conference each year is great

I have had co workers managed out of the business when they were no longer needed. They are also getting similar to benefit by introducing these humiliating tasks where you are made to pester shoppers all day. Get ready to work every weekend and no time off around Christmas as with this type of retail job In comparison to other brands Bare Minerals salaries are one of the lowest
