      Pros

      You get to learn a lot about skincare, and makeup. The employee discount was also great!

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the greatest and also scheduling was a bit tough to work with from time to time.

      Colleagues lovely to work with. Brand ethos Customers lovely to deal with

      ASMs given free reign to intimidate, patrionise and bully. Poor organisation. No support if you are managing a smaller account. Massive head office and warehouse issues. Hygiene never sent from warehouse. Items always out of stock. Constantly have to replen hygiene from own pocket and never getting reimbursed. Commission is terrible.

      Severe micromanagement and chain of command issues. This company has major issues with job culture which make it a toxic place to be employed in.
