      Most of the employees are amazing! Had the best assistant manager at my location.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management, not genuinely concerned with your growth and developement with the company. Don't promote from within and use their employees for their convenience. DM's never visit the store to interact with employees.

      Loved my co-workers. Gratis occasionally.

      Bad management! Company does not care about their employees! My boss was extremely moody and hard to work for. Sales goals are absolutely ridicules to make and there are no rewards when you even do. Almost impossible to be promoted from with in. Paper work is totally over the top! Huge time waster. Way too micromanaged of a company. hardly any gratis. For Christmas we got a lip stick and liner. Hardly any hours and over staffed. schedule 3-4 hours at a time. Bad culture.
