Great coworkers. Good pay! Gratis!! Discount! I love this company so much. So much good! It's a happy environment with guys and gals that love their job! I feel so satisfied knowing I made someone feel beautiful! :-)

Cons

Being able to move up higher, managers love their jobs too much!! Sometimes customers want to argue with you over shade matching.. just be confident and keep going!

Pros

Competitive wage, good allocation, good holidays. Great h.r. Department, always someone to contact, things get done/sorted quick. Training is ok but you could be with the company for nearly a year by the time they get around to you as staff turnover is huge.

Cons

The worst commission I've ever seen in beauty industry. Hard to progress on your career without relocating to the uk. A.M. has own views which don't follow company policies seem to be able to do what they want, more like a dictatorship. Everyone else is the company in approachable and seem to adapt the "bare minerals way"
