Pros
It has always been a fun, laid-back environment. Before the company was acquired the tone was very laid back.
Cons
Communication has always been terrible. We never received a clear understanding of where the company was going. We also knew very little about product launches, which seems like a huge miss. Who better to push product than your employees?
