      -Very good brand to start out with if you're an first time make-up user.

      Pros

      Product is amazing; being able to teach women about a different approach in makeup and skincare. Being able to train new staff.

      Cons

      Headquarters can be all over the place. Shipment is also horribly executed and very disorganized. Sometimes we get one item in a huge box. Sometimes multiple small bags of the same one item when it could all have been combined in one large bag.

      Good pay Nice discount Flexible scheduling Great as an entry level job in the make up industry or artistry

      Cons

      Little hours (10-15) Low traffic which means you'll be standing around a lot Not a lot of room for growth since higher management never leaves
