      Management is a joke The dm rarely came to visit but always had the most negative things to say. She would only tell us what's wrong with us and the store, but never gave suggestions for improvement Good luck moving up, it'll take years to happen, and only if you're a suck up Management will stab you in the back, blame you for their mistakes and cut your hours whenever they want if you're not a favorite Pay raises and bonus are low. You work hard to get an extra $35 in your check from a bonus

      Pros

      It was nice to work for a company that sold products that lived up to its name. Team inside store was great - family environment.

      Cons

      As the company grew, upper management strayed away from the original mission of the company. They did not seem to realize we, the people selling their product, were being treated terribly and had no motivation to help their company.
