Pros
They really take care of their employees. Managers are making sure that you're taking breaks. Managers also make sure you're doing well with the customers. Hiring process was fairly quick once I got a call back (about a week). The training seminars are a lot of fun and you learn about the product and company more. Gratis is amazing and you can't beat the 50% employee discount. Loved every aspect of this job.
Cons
You aren't trained on your makeup skills, so the employees all have different skill sets.
